About Daria

Daria Albers is a former professional kickboxer, who trains athletes all over the world as a striking coach and mental performance coach, including top fighters in MMA and boxing. 

Daria holds degrees in Psychology and Physiotherapy and combines multiple disciplines from across her career into a unique winning formula. 

Daria helps her clients win in sport and in life, by building mental strength, resilience and confidence. A strong mind-body connection will free your warrior spirit.
