Fortunately, the Anxiety Response can be influenced and adapted, allowing you to live your life more freely. There’s no need to feel endless worry.

I put together some simple tools to help you overcome and even transform your anxiety. You will learn how to rewire your brain to overcome anxiety. You will learn new ways of being present with these uncomfortable emotions. You will learn how to cultivate a non-judgmental awareness, to self-regulate your internal states, and how to use mental imagery to rehearse stressful situations so that you will be better prepared to face them. You will learn how to recognize, monitor, and influence your anxious thoughts and feelings.

Anxiety can hold you back from thoroughly being present. I want to give you the tools that will allow you to take your life back.
