Welcome to Module 1: Understanding The Mind-Body Connection. Here is a brief introduction video to the module. This Module is about creating a strong base for the upcoming weeks. We will be learning about the theoretical background that make up this program. We will be learning the key concepts of mindfulness, neuroplasticity, automatic pilot vs. mindfulness, stimulus, space and response, and reactive mode vs. responding mode.
