Week 3 | Create a mental mini movie/Visualization and mental imagery

This week, you will:

  1. Reprogram your brain, break patterns that don’t serve you any purpose, and use mental rehearsal in form of visualisation and mental imagery.

    You are practicing your mind’s eye, the exercise of proper visualisation. You will rehearse a situation that causes anxiety, so the brain can learn to deal better. You will become better adapted and, with that, you will gain back your control. You will gradually expose yourself to this trigger through mental rehearsals. You are creating a mental mini-movie with the purpose of learning and adapting to the stressful situation.
