Anxiety series:​

Anxiety is a natural and very important function in our brain and body. It keeps us safe! However, sometimes our anxiety can spin out of control. This blocks us from living up to our full potential. Fortunately, the Anxiety response can be influenced and adapted, allowing you to live your life more freely and without the feeling of endless worry. In this course, I put together some simple tools on how you can learn to overcome and transform anxiety. you will learn how to rewire your brain to overcome anxiety and learn new ways of being present with these uncomfortable emotionsYou will learn how to cultivate a non-judgemental awareness, to self-regulate your internal states, and how to use mental imagery to rehearse stressful situations so that you will be better prepared to face them. You will learn how to recognize, monitor, and influence your anxious thoughts and feelings. Anxiety can hold you back from thoroughly being present. I want to give you the tools that will allow you to take your life back.

Confidence series:

Confidence is one of the most important mental skills to have in order to thrive in life. Confidence means the belief that we can overcome any obstacles and difficulties in our life. Yes, confidence is a skill! We can learn how to be confident. In this course, you will learn how to observe your states of mind while defining moments of confidence to anchor them. You will learn how mindful awareness is a crucial skill for building other mental skills like confidence, how to define and cultivate your state of confidence, how to create confident energy, and most importantly, how to generate confidence! 

MAP:

The duration of the program is 6 weeks with one new module per week. Every week, we will be doing a live zoom call, where I will explain the module and the exercises for the week to come. There will be a private group for the participants where they can  exchange thoughts and ask questions. Participants also receive access to video and audio recordings with the various exercises as well as a  workbook that will guide them along the course. 

The structure of the Course is as follows:

Module 1: Understand the Mind-Body Connection!

This Module is about creating a strong base for the upcoming weeks. We will be  learning about the theoretical background that make up this program. We will be learning the key concepts of mindfulness, neuroplasticity, automatic pilot vs. mindfulness, stimulus, space and response, and reactive mode vs. responding mode. 

In this module, we will be  creating a strong mind-body connection. We will connect to our bodies, to gather the scattered mind, and to truly come to our senses. This is the foundation of the coming weeks of work and is the foundation of growth. 

Module 2: Achieve Mindful Awareness!

We will be learning to center ourselves through the practice of Mindful Awareness. We will be learning to drop out of automatic pilot and to observe our thoughts, emotions, and body sensations instead of simply being drawn into them. We will be learning to be in the present moment, instead of reacting reflexively;responding from a place of awareness and a bigger perspective.

Module 3: Conquer Stress!

We will be learning how to break the patterns of reactivity through self-inquiry practice and non-identification. We will be practicing how to stop the patterns and identify stressors. We will be learning how to open up to other opportunities and to cultivate curiosity and openness to the whole experience.

Module 4: Control Animal Instincts!

Regulating our nervous system is the topic of this module. We will be learning about the autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic and parasympathetic response, and the window of tolerance, our zone of optimal functioning. We will be  learning how to regulate our autonomic nervous system through breathing exercises and through using our peripheral and foveal vision, so we can upregulate or downregulate our arousal levels.

Module 5: Hack Your Perspective!

We will be learning how to redirect our attention and shift our energies in stressful situations. We will be learning how to widen our perspective and how to channel our energies towards a more positive outcome. We will be  setting goals and learning how to anchor a desired state while learning about the power of gratitude practice.

Module 6: Become A Warrior!

We will be becoming warriors with a vision. The skill of Visualization is about creating. It helps us to activate and create new neural pathways while staying on track with our authentic purpose. We will be learning how to create our own personalized mental mini movie, with an incredibly powerful vision and a clear path. We will be learning how to use mental imagery and affirmations to become the person we truly want to be.

1-2-1 COACHING:

In the 1-2-1 sessions we will work together on transforming your weaknesses into strengths, while rewiring and re-programming your mind and fixed belief systems. We will cultivate and weave mindful awareness into your daily life, with a non-judgemental attitude on what’s actually happening. I will show you how to cultivate a beginner’s mind in life, giving you more peace, clarity, and a sense of calm about situations as they unfold. We will work on building your mental skills and qualities so that you can face life in a more adaptive manner and with a warrior’s attitude.

1-2-1 coaching means you will get a session once a week (or once every 2 weeks depending on needs and timeframe). The sessions are 1 hour long and I will coach you personally through the program, which I will adapt to your needs based on my experience as a mindfulness teacher, systemic coach, and mental performance coach. You will get access to video and audio recordings as well as a personalised set of tools to work with.
