In this course, I put together some simple tools on how you can learn to overcome and transform anxiety. You will learn how to rewire your brain to overcome anxiety and learn new ways of being present with these uncomfortable emotionsYou will learn how to cultivate a non-judgemental awareness, to self-regulate your internal states, and how to use mental imagery to rehearse stressful situations so that you will be better prepared to face them. You will learn how to recognize, monitor, and influence your anxious thoughts and feelings. Anxiety can hold you back from thoroughly being present. I want to give you the tools that will allow you to take your life back.
