I will coach you personally through the program and we will work together on transforming your weaknesses into strengths, while rewiring and re-programming your mind and fixed belief systems. We will cultivate and weave mindful awareness into your daily life, with a non-judgemental attitude on what’s actually happening. I will show you how to cultivate a beginner’s mind in life, giving you more peace, clarity, and a sense of calm about situations as they unfold. We will work on building your mental skills and qualities so that you can face life in a more adaptive manner and with a warrior’s attitude.
1-2-1 coaching means you will get a session once a week (or once every 2 weeks depending on needs and timeframe). The sessions are 1 hour long and I will coach you personally through the program, which I will adapt to your needs based on my experience as a mindfulness teacher, systemic coach, and mental performance coach. You will get access to video and audio recordings as well as a personalised set of tools to work with.
